Refund & Returns Policy
1. Scope and Intent
This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through The Watersport Warehouse website ("Website"). By placing an order, you expressly acknowledge, accept, and agree to be bound by every term set forth below, including all non-refundable conditions. If you do not agree to these terms in full, do not place an order.

3. General Policy — All Sales Are Final
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. The Watersport Warehouse operates a strict No Refund, No Return policy except in the narrow circumstances expressly listed in Section 6 below. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Buyer's remorse
- Failure to read product descriptions, specifications, or compatibility information
- Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events outside our control
- Products that have been used, launched in water, assembled, charged, registered, activated, or removed from sealed packaging
- Products damaged after delivery through use, misuse, neglect, accident, or improper storage
- Color, finish, or minor cosmetic variations between product photography and the delivered item
Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled unless we are notified in writing within 2 hours of order placement AND the order has not yet entered fulfillment. After this 2-hour window, all orders are binding and non-cancelable.
4. Non-Refundable Items (Strictly Excluded from Returns)
The following are expressly non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable under any circumstances:
- eFoils, jet boards, electric surfboards, and all powered watercraft once unboxed, registered, charged, or activated
- All lithium-ion batteries, battery backpacks, chargers, and electrical components (safety/regulatory restriction)
- Underwater drones, scooters, fish finders, and electronics once powered on or paired
- Paddle boards, kayaks, waterbikes, and inflatables once inflated, assembled, or launched
- Custom, personalized, made-to-order, special-order, or pre-order items
- Clearance, sale, promotional, demo, floor-model, "open-box," and final-sale items
- Items missing original packaging, manuals, accessories, registration cards, serial-number labels, or free gifts
- Gift cards, downloadable content, software, and digital products
- Wetsuits, swimwear, life vests, intimate or sanitary goods, and personal-contact items
- Replacement parts, fins, leashes, pumps, fuses, propellers, and consumables
- Shipping, handling, insurance, freight, white-glove, lift-gate, and assembly fees (these are never refundable)
5. Deposits and Pre-Orders
All deposits, layaway payments, and pre-order payments are 100% non-refundable and non-transferable. By placing a deposit or pre-order, you waive any right to a refund regardless of delivery timeline, manufacturer delay, or change of circumstance on the buyer's side.
6. Limited Exceptions — When a Return May Be Considered
Returns are considered only in the following narrow cases, and only when every condition is met:
6.1 Defective on Arrival (DOA)
- Buyer must notify us in writing at ecomprospects2@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.
- Buyer must provide clear photo and video evidence showing the defect, the product serial number, and the unopened or as-delivered packaging.
- Claims received after the 24-hour window are automatically denied with no exception.
- We reserve the sole right to determine whether an item is defective. Manufacturer warranty claims may be referred directly to the manufacturer.
6.2 Damaged in Transit
- Buyer must refuse delivery if external damage is visible, OR document damage with photos before opening, AND notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Claims without delivery-condition photos and the original shipping label visible will be denied.
- Concealed-damage claims submitted after 24 hours are denied.
6.3 Wrong Item Shipped
- Buyer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos clearly showing the incorrect item, the shipping label, and the unopened product.
- Item must remain unused, unassembled, and in fully resalable condition with all original packaging, seals, tags, and accessories intact.
6.4 Lost in Transit
- We will open a carrier investigation. A replacement or refund is issued only after the carrier formally declares the package lost. This process can take 14–30 business days, and the customer agrees to wait for the carrier's determination.
No return, refund, or replacement will be issued without prior written authorization and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by us. Returns shipped without an RMA will be refused at the dock, and no refund will be issued.
7. Return Process (For Approved Returns Only)

- If approved, you will receive an RMA number and shipping instructions.
- Ship the item within 5 calendar days of RMA issuance via a fully insured, tracked carrier. Late shipments void the RMA.
- Item must arrive in 100% original, unused, resalable condition with all packaging, manuals, accessories, and free gifts.
- Upon receipt, we will inspect the item within 7–14 business days. We reserve the absolute right to reject any return that does not meet these conditions, in which case the item will be shipped back to you at your expense or held for 14 days before disposal.
8. Customer Responsibilities and Fees
- Return shipping, insurance, and freight charges are 100% the customer's responsibility, including for items returned under Section 6 unless we expressly state otherwise in writing.
- A non-negotiable restocking fee of 25% applies to every approved return that is not the result of our verified error.
- Original outbound shipping, white-glove, freight, lift-gate, assembly, and handling fees are never refunded.
- Any return that arrives damaged, used, incomplete, or in non-resalable condition will be rejected and refunded at 0%, or, at our discretion, refunded at a reduced amount with a partial-refund deduction of up to 75% of the purchase price.
- Refused, undeliverable, or "return to sender" shipments due to buyer's failure to accept delivery, incorrect address, or unpaid duties are subject to all outbound and return freight charges plus a 25% restocking fee, deducted from any refund.
9. Refund Method and Timing
- Approved refunds are issued only to the original payment method. No cash, check, store credit substitution, or third-party transfers.
- Refunds are processed within 14–30 business days after inspection and approval.
- We are not liable for delays caused by your bank, card issuer, or payment processor.
- Chargebacks filed before our review is complete will be contested in full with documentation of these accepted terms, and may result in permanent suspension of your account.
10. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If an approved return is processed, you must place a new order separately for any replacement item. Pricing, availability, and promotions in effect at the time of the new order will apply.
11. Warranty Claims
Manufacturer warranties, where offered, are administered directly by the manufacturer, not by The Watersport Warehouse. We will provide reasonable assistance in connecting you with the manufacturer but are not responsible for the outcome, timeline, or terms of any warranty claim.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Watersport Warehouse's total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the specific item in question. We are not liable for any incidental, consequential, indirect, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of use, lost trips, travel costs, rental fees, or personal injury arising from product use.
13. Legal Rights and Governing Law
This Policy does not waive any non-waivable statutory consumer rights under applicable law. This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Montana, USA. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Flathead County, Montana.
14. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to update, modify, or revise this Policy at any time without prior notice. The version posted on the Website at the time of your purchase governs your transaction.
15. Acknowledgment
By completing checkout, you confirm that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agreed to this Return and Refund Policy in full, including all non-refundable terms, restocking fees, and timeline restrictions.
